Your account will be paused until you subscribe. No data is deleted — you can pick up right where you left off. We never charge your card without explicit permission.
Can I add or remove seats at any time?
Yes. When you add seats, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you remove seats, the unused credit is applied to your next invoice.
What does the base fee cover?
The £10/month base fee covers your organisation's account, all platform features, data storage, backups, and security infrastructure. The per-seat cost is only for active employees.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
On yearly billing, each seat costs £5/month instead of £6/month — that is a saving of £1 per seat per month. For example, with 10 seats you save £120 per year.
